Once completed the form will be processed and you will be contacted by the Registrar.
STAGE 2 – VISIT & MEETING WITH HEAD
You will be given a tour of the School and Pre-School during the Open Day and have the opportunity of meeting with the Head to hear more about the ethos of Beehive along with information about our structure and curriculum etc. On an Open Day this may not be an individual appointment depending on the amount of Parents booked on to the visit. It is your opportunity to ask questions.
Individual appointments can be made on days other than the Open Day and for this you will need to Register and pay the non-refundable £50 deposit. More information will be supplied after making the initial enquiry.
STAGE 3 – TASTER SESSION/ ASSESSMENT
Bumblebees Pre School – All applicants are invited to visit the pre-school initially, this is generally on an Open Day but other days may be available. Please complete an Initial Enquiry form. Following the taster we will provide feedback and confirm that we feel Bumblebees can offer the best for your child. If you agree and wish to Register then you will need to pay the £50 non-refundable deposit. We will confirm if the sessions you require are available and talk to you about funding and any charges payable.
Beehive Prep (Main) School – Following a visit to the school and payment of the Registration Fee you will be offered a Taster Day/session. For Reception this will be a morning or afternoon. Higher school year children can spend the day with their class. During this session your child will be informally assessed, both through the work they do and through their social interactions. There is no formal test. You will receive feedback.
STAGE 4 – THE OFFER
Main School - Successful candidates will be offered a place and will be asked to secure the place with a non-refundable acceptance deposit of £500
